All my straps are made after order except for the "Special" or "Limited" editions. The lead time of HandMade Strap Order will be within 15~20 business days. I will send a notification in advance if the schedule is full.

All packages will be sent via EMS.

Return Policy

Quality and service are my first priority. If your purchased item(s) were damaged, please write to my service mail. I will help you with a replacement.

Please note that item(s) are only replaceable if the shipment is damaged during shipping or shipped mistakenly.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Only items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be accepted for replacement. Any strap damaged by defect in craftmanship will be replaced free of charge. However, any strap that has been worn, tried on, or misused will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
